Requirements

• Shopify Store: A live Shopify store with access to configure Webhooks for the customers/create event.
• Odoo Instance: An Odoo instance configured for API access to manage res.partner records.
• Gmail Account: To handle sending both Admin reports and Customer confirmation emails.
• Rapiwa API Credentials: Required to verify WhatsApp numbers, send WhatsApp messages, and send SMS.
• Telegram Bot: A Telegram bot set up to send admin alerts to a specific chat/group.
• n8n Instance: A running instance of n8n to host the workflow.

Important Notes

• Address Source: Uses Shopify default address (addresses[0]) for phone and location data.
• No Duplicate Contacts: Odoo is set to Create or Update to avoid duplicate entries.
• Replace Placeholders: Update fields like add_your_mail_address and add_your_whatsapp_number with real details.
• Parallel Notifications: Email, SMS, and WhatsApp run in parallel for faster delivery.
