Requirements

• n8n Instance: A running instance with access to the Form Trigger, Edit Image, and AI nodes.
• OpenAI Account: Connected via API credentials (used in the AI node to optimize the thumbnail generation prompt).
• YouTube Account: Connected via OAuth2 API credentials (used to fetch channel data and upload the video).
• Slack Account: Connected via OAuth2 to send publication alerts to a specific user.
• Microsoft Teams Account: Connected via OAuth2 to send alerts to a specific chat.
• Discord Bot: Connected via API credentials to post the video link in a designated channel.
• Telegram Account: Connected via API to send direct messages with the video URL.
• Rapiwa API: Credentials configured to send WhatsApp notification messages to the creator.
• Gmail Account: Connected via OAuth2 to send a formal publication success email.

Important Notes

• Requires binary video and thumbnail files (not URLs) • Uses AI to optimize thumbnail prompts for image generation • Replace all placeholder IDs, phone numbers, and emails with your own • Update YouTube tags to match your content niche • Blocks unsupported thumbnail formats and accepts only PNG, JPG, or JPEG
